Job Title: Executive Assistant for VP of Operations
Location: GTA
KEYS: Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Visio), strong organization skills, event planning and scheduling
Responsibilities:
· The Administrative Assistant is responsible for the coordination of information and documentation related to the laboratory, and the provision of overall administrative support to the leadership team
· Provide confidential support VP of operations
· Responsible for extensive calendar management, travel arrangements, expense report
· Organizing and attending Executive Leadership Team Meetings and Board of Directors Meetings
· Preparation of presentations
Requirements:
· 7+ yr Executive level experience supporting Vice Presidents (Requirement)
· Strong computer skills Specifically with EXCEL< macros, very large spreadsheets. (Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Visio)
· Extremely organized and detailed oriented with the ability to effectively prioritize workflow
· Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
· Ability to exercise good judgment, show initiative and be proactive
· High standards of ethics and confidentiality to handle sensitive information with clients
· Seeking a dynamic, energetic, polished professional with demonstrated executive administrative support
· Highly developed communication skills
· Desire to work in a fast-paced environment
· able to deal with tough personalities
